About Importer's Obligation
For buyers in the United States:
Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost. Items shipped to the U.S. are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, which means all import-related charges are prepaid. You don’t need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.
For buyers outside the United States:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item — do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” — US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
