Plugged the projector in and it works perfectly forward reverse and a really bright bulb. This vintage Kodak Brownie 500 movie projector is a rare gem for any film enthusiast. With its compact size and portable design, this projector can screen your favorite 8mm movie films anywhere you go. The model is from the 1950s and has been fully restored, ensuring its optimal performance.

The projector in its case measures 11" x11" x7" and weighs about 12 pounds. Comes in its carry case with original instructions.  I don't know if they originally came with a take up wheel, but you will need one of those ( they are really inexpensive.
