Suitable for 2 Kinds of Refrigerator:

  1. Side by Side Refrigerator: Line up the arrows on the filter and the filter cartridge holder and gently push the filter up inside the holder. Slowly turn the filter to the right until it stops.
  2. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator: Line up the ports on the filter as the picture shows and gently insert the filter. Then slowly turn the filter to the right until the arrows are lining up.
  • To achieve optimum performance, it is recommended to replace your filter every 6 months or 200 gallons, whichever comes first and will vary based on your water quality.

Note: Run water from the dispenser for 5 minutes at 0.5gpm (about 2.5 gallons) to clear the system and prevent sputtering.

2. Make an unpacking video, an install video and a testing Video while you received our package. If the screen have any problem, such as screen been broken, screen can not work normally. Send us those videos link as evidence, after checked, we will change for you.

3. If any other customer reasons, also can contact us for return .we will help you. But you need to pay for the return shipping and 15% of payment for the seller charge.
