Car is new and in original packaging.  Has never been opened or "played with".  Please review pictures and make your own judgement on packaging quality prior to bidding if this is important to you.  I am not a professional grader, and everyone has their own definition/assessment of "mint” and other levels of condition and what is important to them.  Car has been in storage for some time resulting in some scratches, nicks, bends, or other imperfections in the cardboard, hang tag and/or plastic both from storage and prior to purchase. Card has  some slight bending and there is some wear/damage around the corners/edges of the card. The hang tag was used by the store where it were purchased from so it is not flat against the card back. There is also some bubbling on the bottom (with the UPC code) of the plastic bubble holding the car.
