Vintage Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch T-Shirt One Size Fits All (XL 23”x32.5”) 1997

Graphic on the front has worn away over the years and there are some super faint yellow highlights in the blue of the shirt due to the dyes from the graphics being washed. Besides this, the shirt is in good condition.

Based off measurements, the shirt measures out to be more like an XL and it is longer than the typical XL.
