The necklace is in great condition for age. It is quite an old piece. There is some tarnishing and can be observed especially on both keys. There are some noticeable scratches on the front of the black heart. There is also a small gray tiny spot on the cream heart. The gray spot is located in the middle right area. The chains are in great condition and hardly show age or wear. The pearls also look great. 

It is a stunning piece and very light weight.
