This is a stunning natural sapphire and gold heart pendant.  It is made out of 14k solid white gold.  The heart features 42 natural earth mined sapphires.  The baguette cut sapphires are blue with a teal tint.  The sapphires vary in size - some of them measure approximately 3mm tall.  The heart measures approximately 1 5/8" tall and 1 1/8" across.  It is heavy weighing 10.4 grams.  The sapphire heart is in great condition and looks like it has hardly been worn.  This would make a beautiful gift for yourself or someone you love.  Thank you for looking!
