This is for one sealed and unopened 1995 Topps Series 1 baseball foil pack. Each pack contains 15 cards. Please see my other listings for vintage unopened packs to save on shipping. Each additional pack ships free, which includes any of my pack listings.

Terms, Conditions, and Other Information

Packs with Inserts
Various packs that we sell may contain special inserts that are thicker than the standard cards. In order to compensate for the different thicknesses, manufacturers reduce the amount of cards in the packs that contain inserts. They do this so you can't look at all the packs in the card shop and easily spot the one with the special inserts, due to that pack being thicker than the rest. So if you receive a pack with a special insert, it may have fewer cards in it than the listing states.

Shipping

Combine Shipping as Much as You Like
You may combine shipping with items from my other listings. If eBay charges you more than $4.50, let us know and we'll refund the difference. If sales tax is charged on your shipping like it is in Texas, the refund will include the sales tax charged on the refunded portion of the shipping fees as well.

eBay Envelope
I can ship to you in an eBay envelope for cheap, but it's important that you know that these envelopes cannot be made out of plastic or bubble wrap, nor have any clasps. And there are thickness and rigidity limits that make packing difficult. I'll gladly ship with this method to cut costs and I attempt to ship the item with some sort of padding. But our options are limited due to the limits. If you receive a damaged pack, don't open it and instead send me a photo and we'll make it right. Shipping costs for the buyer are capped at $4.50 and Gray Collectibles will cover any shipping costs higher than $4.50. If eBay charges you more than $4.50 for shipping, let us know and we'll refund the rest.

USPS Ground
USPS ground shipping has less restrictions and is faster than an eBay envelope, but is more expensive. All packs are combined for a flat rate of $4.50 for USPS ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

For Alaska & Hawaii, Message Us
Sorry but we can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii in this listing due to much higher shipping rates, but you may contact us and we'll set you up with your own auction for whatever items you want with a flat rate for shipping ($7.75 last time we checked).

International Shipping via eBay
International shipping is also available at whatever rate it says on the listing. eBay handles international shipping and its pricing. Basically, I ship to an eBay shipping center in the domestic US and eBay handles the international shipping and any international returns from there.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days and returns are handled through eBay. Please contact us before initiating a return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping for all returns. All funds will be refunded for the order as long as the packs are returned in the same condition we originally shipped them in, so please be careful when packing to ship us a return. International returns are also accepted within 30 days and will be handled by eBay's return service.

Gray Collectibles follows some guidelines in order to provide a fun and relatively equal card-opening opportunity:

1. We will never perform any kind of searching to find and pull out good cards or good packs
This means that it doesn't matter what cards are showing on packs. When someone purchases a pack, we simply grab one from the box or stack of packs and ship it out. In this sense, everyone has an equal shot at landing the good cards. On the other hand, we cannot guarantee that someone did not do this before we acquired the packs. We attempt to purchase sealed boxes, but that's not always an option. What I can say is that we would not purchase packs if we thought they had been searched in advance and we would never knowingly sell such a product. Part of the fun of collecting cards is opening a pack and checking out all the player cards you've now acquired.

2. We will not attempt to make a profit on shipping fees
If we charge a shipping fee, the amount of the fee will be related to the shipping and packing price and we will attempt to get good deals on packing to keep shipping costs low while remaining safe and efficient. Some sellers overcharge on shipping. We are located in Texas and shipping is calculated into the sales tax, so there's really no reason to have a low price in conjunction with a high shipping fee for us.

3. We will attempt to ship your product the same day you order it
This is not always an option, however, based upon the time you place the order, the time it takes to pack that item, and our location's proximity to the shipping facilities. In other words, sometimes we cannot physically pack and take your order to the post office before it closes. If that takes place, we'll ship on the next available shipping day, which is generally the next business day. With that being said, Saturday is a difficult day to make it to the post office due to the post offices here only being open for a few hours. We will attempt to ship your item on Saturday if you order on Saturday, but it's not always possible. If you order after hours on Friday, we will usually be able to make it to the post office on Saturday. We want you to get your order as soon as possible just like we want you to be happy with your order.

4. We will make an effort to look for defects prior to shipping
We want you to receive your pack and immediately be happy instead of thinking to yourself, "hey what's that on the pack?" We attempt to look for defects on packs and pull them off to the side in order to sell them as individual auctions or at least inform the buyer in the listing of any defects. We can't do that for every pack, however, because eBay limits the amount of concurrent auctions we can have (and we have almost 1,500 packs available at the time of writing this). If for some reason we notice a defect in a pack and we don't have another pack on hand, we'll contact you to let you know of the defect and decide where to go from there depending on how bad the defect is. If we ship you a pack and you find some sort of defect that you don't like on the outside of the pack, don't open it and instead contact us. We'll ask you to send us a photo of the defect on the pack. Depending on the defect, we may ask you to ship the pack back so we can send you a replacement pack. It's also possible that the damage is covered by insurance and it's important to have photographic proof in order to file an insurance claim. An example of a defect would be that an old wax pack is slightly starting to unseal by itself. The pack itself will still be sealed, but part of the back wrapping may be able to be lifted slightly. This defect is generally not bad enough to actually see any cards inside without unsealing the pack. This can happen after decades, or from a wax pack not being completely square or simply having an unsmooth seal on the back, and the fact that it is being moved around by truck during shipping can potentially cause the pack to rub and wear off part of a seal of a pack. This example is only for old wax packs and not foil packs and we don't expect that it'll ever actually happen, but it's possible.

Don't Chew That Gum!
Finally, just a friendly reminder that you shouldn't chew or swallow gum from card packs anymore. Card manufacturers halted the practice of including gum in packs a long time ago and the gum that remains in packs is extremely old and if it had an expiration date, it generally would have expired decades ago. We take no responsibility for effects of chewing or swallowing gum from card packs. Just say no to decades old gum.
