This headrest cover is made of polyester with foam backing. The size is 12" x 10" and it's stretchable. Note: We can not accept the return for the custom made product. Please review and make sure the final design is correct on the preview window before confirming the purchase.   Package contain: 1 pair headrest covers

After the order is placed, please copy the following questionnaires, paste it with the answers (refer to the chart in the photos section for the choices) into the "Personalization" field.

For an image (single color) or logo to be embroidered, please send the image to us by attaching the file to the message (click on contact seller link).  For car brand logo, simply let us know brand of the car you'd preferred, we will contact you if we don't have the brand of logo in file.

  • Q: Can you make car brand logos or any other logos?
  • A: Yes, we can make any single color logo or image. Simply send us the logo image file after the purchase is made.
  • How to submit the customization?
  • A: Click on the "Customize Now" button on the product listing page to choose the font and color and enter the text to be embroidered. If you'd like to have the car logo or any other single color image embroidered, enter "see logo image attached" in the "Text" field and complete the purchase. Once the order is completed, go to the "order detail" page and click on "contact seller " button to send us the image by attaching it to the message.
  • How to submit my logo image file?
  • A: Yes, we can make any logo in single color. Simply send us the logo image (by contact seller at the order detail page) after the purchase is made.
  • Q: How many cover does it come in an order?
  • A: 1 single piece
  • Q: Why only 1 piece comes in an order? Does it make more sense if it comes with a pair?
  • A: Many buyers prefer to have different design on each cover, therefore the default single piece quantity allows buyer to input different designs per piece. Also, the default single piece quantity allows buyer to make purchase in odd quantity (for example, many buyer purchase in quantity of 5 for the car that comes with 5 headrests.
  • Q: What's the available color for the headrest cover?
  • A: The headrest cover comes in Black (default) Tan and Grey. Send us a message to request for the color other than the default color after the purchase is made.
  • Q: Can the personalization be made with a photo?
  • A: No, the embroidery file can not be made due to the color shades and fine details on the photo (color or black and white)
  • Q: Will it fit my headrest?
  • A: The dimension of the cover is approximately 12" X 10" and can be stretch a little that can snuggly fit most of the regular size headrests.

Shipping and Handling Policy

All shipping cost include Free Shipping apply to 48 U.S. continental states only. Surcharge will apply all shipment ship to AK, HI, PR and APO address.  All merchandise is shipped to your continental U.S. business or residential address for the standard shipping charge listed in the listing.   We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless the item is less then 2 lbs. Please provide physical shipping address in case the item is over 2lbs. APO, AE, Guam, PR, and other American Territory address, please contact us for exact shipping cost.

Special Deliver Request:
Please notify us if you want the package to be left at the front door if no one is available when package gets deliver.  Please note we can only instruct such service to UPS driver. USPS driver can not be instructed. We ship via USPS for certain locations, if you need the delivery by UPS due to special deliver request, you'll need to pay for the difference of shipping cost between UPS and USPS.

If no one is available during delivery which cause the package to be return to us, buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be re-shipped (Free shipping item will be charge for the actual cost of shipping).  If buyer decide to cancel the item the refund will be less shipping cost both way.
