Signed with 2 Red Chop Marks & Black Calligraphy.
Mounted in a Modern to Vintage Painted Bamboo theme Frame with Fabric Matte & Glass. 
Exact age of the Art unknown but it appears to be mid to late 20th century.
Frame approx.  28" x 27" 
Art approx.  20" x 19"
7 pounds, 14 ounces total.

The Art is in Good Condition with some very minor fading paper warping / creases.
The Frame is in Fair Condition with wear, paint chips & small losses on the corners.
