    To adjust elevation you just place the pointed slotted handle directly over the front sight post and then turn the tool handle to adjust elevation.
      To adjust windage just place the part of the sight tool that is shaped like a U directly on top of the front sight hood. Then you just turn the tool handle and this will push the front sight in the desired direction to achieve a change in windage.
