Feature:
Anterior Matrix System
Thickness of only 0.0015 inches - thinner than conventional sheet, allowing for better filling good adjacency contact.
The
strong metal forming sheet resists deformation during placement and the
composite repair material when filled into the cavity.
Easy to place into the gum groove for deeper repair.
Ideal anatomical curvature in incisal and lingual directions
In
the restoration of large or deep caries caries, the operation is better
than the traditional sheet, and the restoration effect is better.
The curved design of the front wedge ensures that the neck edge from the lip side to the tongue side is firmly attached.
The ideal anatomical structure is achieved by placing the shaped piece against the tooth.
The
unique "T" shape is located deep in the adjacent gap, minimizing the
dreaded "black triangle" formation. The tapered divider column allows
you to adjust the applied pressure to control the abutting contact.
The anterior teeth are designed to maximize the restoration of the subgingival cavity.
Methods of Use:
1.Select
the shape plate that is close to the height of the restored tooth and
gently insert the shape plate into the adjacent surface gap.
2.When
the forming sheet is inserted, the widest end faces the largest area to
be repaired. For example, when restoring a Class IV cavity in the
anterior tooth, the wider end of the sheet is oriented toward the
incisional margin. In contrast, when repairing a larger class Ill
cavity, it is recommended that the wider end of the molding piece be
oriented toward the gingival margin.
3. After
inserting the wedge, the forming sheet is firmly fixed in the repaired
position. Placing a finger on the edge of the incisors of the forming
sheet helps prevent displacement of the forming sheet after inserting
the wedge.
4.Wedges can be placed from the lip
side or from the tongue side. It is recommended that the wedge be placed
on the side that best
supports the sheet. It is recommended that it
be placed from one side to provide the best sheet support for the
repaired hole type.
5.The wedge should be
placed in the position of the neck toward the forming plate so that the
curve of the wedge is consistent with the curvature of the tooth, as
shown in the
figure. This will ensure maximum wedging of the forming piece.
6.
The minimal wedge is chosen to provide sufficient tooth separation to
ensure proper restoration of adjacent contact. If the wedge is too large
it will
increase the likelihood of a black triangle after repair.
