This is 1 in a million shot to find. It’s hyper glow Percy with no face. This is the way it was boxed and sent out. Somebody at the toy factory forgot to assemble a face on this train. This is definitely a collectors item and sure to go up and value. Please look at all the photos, as they are part of the description. This will make a nice addition to your collection that you won’t find nowhere else or for that special somebody

……. also wanted to mention that this item was made in 2018, and the face was never put on this train. It’s not like the glue let go and it fell off. This train never had a face installed.
