We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment from our warehouse in the West of Scotland. We dispatch every day between 2pm and 3pm Monday to Friday, all orders after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Most orders are delivered via Royal Mail, we also use Parcel Force for our 24 hour deliveries and heavier items, on occasions we will also use other courier companies when weight and geographic restrictions apply.

Some of our deliveries will require a signature on delivery, whenever possible please quote a delivery address where a signature can be given during working hours.

We currently accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment, it's safe and secure and fast, we also accept BAC's although goods will only be dispatched when the payment clears so this could delay your delivery.

Should you wish to pay by bacs please send us an eBay message and we will provide you with all the details you need to make payment.

Please note we send out a VAT invoice with every order.

Faulty/Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Goods not required can be sent back up to 30 days after the sale but must be in saleable condition and returned in original packing for a refund. If the item has been removed from the point of sale packaging we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to enable us to sell the item as a graded return

Buyer pays for all return postage, please send via a tracked service with proof of postage as we are not responsible until we receive the goods back.
