The price tags have been cut off of the packaging. As a result, they could not sell them as new. Their loss is your gain. Most of the packaging has that hole in the middle, on the back side (photo 1 and 4), where the price tag was. some of the packages have been faded by the sun and looks yellow, but the hitch cover inside is in perfect condition. In fact, I took the worst package and took photo #2 from it, to show the true quality. I'm selling these at a bargain price. If you're not happy I will refund your money.
