Shipping and handling will be to your location no matter where in the United States. Regardless of which state the winner is located in. Book will be shipped in a box.

Canadian shipping and handling, the same for all foreign countries will be at United States Media mail rates. Assume 3 pounds for shipping weight. 

Multiple purchases will be combined to save on shipping, BUT the added weight does add something to the cost of shipping and handling.
