This is a Batman Annual comic book from August 1990, featuring the story "The Eye of the Beholder." It is a single issue from the Batman series by DC Comics during the Copper Age (1984-1991). The artwork is by Andrew Helfer, Adrienne Roy, Chris Sprouse, Steve Mitchell, and John Costanza, with a cover by Neal Adams. The characters include Alfred Pennyworth, Two-Face (Harvey Dent), and Batman (Bruce Wayne), among others. This first printing comic book is in very fine condition and is a collector's item for fans of US Comics and superheroes.
