same day. Postage will be via Royal Mail 2nd class post or Courier,

The consumer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason
if you wish. Cancellation time two weeks (30 days) from order date.
The item must be sealed as an original packaging and not have been fitted to printer. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected than email us.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of cancellation. Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer.
If one of our products ever fails you due to manufacturing defect, Please
return the goods with its original packaging upon receipt
the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement
will be dispatched on the same day. However if the goods prove to be of
sale able quality than postage fee will be applied for return goods.
When goods returns Please make sure write your ebay user ID.
