Vintage Brunschwig Fils Cotton Sample of their fabulous "Marco Polo" large scale Chinoiserie Print in collaboration with the famed Italian textile firm Rubelli (started by Lorenzo Rubelli in the late 1800s.)

 

The sample fabric is light weight cotton (similar to sheeting weight).

Bottom edge is surged. Selvage on two sides. Top edge had been surged, see condition below.

Condition: Top edge's seam incomplete and its cut is uneven likely a result of removing coordinating fabrics and samples of the other colorways attachment typical with most memo samples. Discoloration on Selvage (not print).  See photos. 

Fabric registers as 0.185mm on a thickness gauge.
