Lot of 2 IPad's 

I believe 1 needs to be factory reset  (have Apple account on that need to be hard reset off) 

Both have screen locks/passcodes (but I have the passcodes included) 

Both screens and cosmetics are pretty good! (they were in cases and protectors) 

Both tested, full charge, hold charge good batteries!   Cables come with them , although cables have exposed parts (although they worked!)
