RETURNS/REFUNDS: 
Item can be returned if request is made within 14 days of delivery/receipt. The item must be returned at buyer's expense and must be received back by seller in the same condition as it was shipped. If item is not received back in same condition, there will be a restocking fee of 15%. If item is damaged beyond normal wear from installation and testing (where item cannot be resold) a refund may be denied.
