Even though I am still trying to get my Christmas stuff posted I think what I going to do is starting the 1st I am going to start my clearance event. Coupons will go out to current/past customers first and then it will open them to everyone else. I do it progressive until items are gone and they tend to go fairly quick once I start.

I list all my my ornaments/items as used even if i think they are new. I only list as new if they have original factory seal or wrapping on them. Otherwise, i do not know their use before me.
