Quite rare Chicago Tokyo Bank. Hardly can find anything about it but they did start in 1964 and lasted until about the mid-90s. Looks like an ashtray or some type of shallow bowl. Beautiful design on the front. Very mid-century. In good shape. Don't see any cracks or chips as a gold rim around the top with a little bit of wear. Super cool
