One nut and bolt missing but these are not special parts and are replaceable from your own stock. The screws that allow you to adjust the height turn freely and nothing is seized or broken. These weigh 5 pounds each so shipping will not be cheap. Reuse for their intended use or repurpose for contemporary custom furniture. These have that look that will really make a custom piece for a warehouse district loft sell for good $.
