Please keep in mind that HIGH SHIPPING VOLUMES are causing some DELAYS. Please allow
extra time after the expected delivery date before contacting us about an order that has not arrived
yet. If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and you have still not received your
order be assured that you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform us that you did
not receive your shipment. You have 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed
to file a claim. At this time, it appears shipments are averaging 5 to 10 business days to reach their
destination. If you find this amount of time unacceptable you may always request an upgrade in the
shipping method. The cost to you will depend on the shipping method desired.
NOTE:
The tracking information provided with eBay standard envelope for trading cards up to $20
will NOT provide you with precise delivery information. When you are told your order has been delivered, what it is really telling you is that your order has been received at your local
post office and is being sorted for delivery. It may take additional time to find its way to you.
It all depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. The majority of the time, given the
amount of items they handle, our postal carriers do a fabulous job. Occasionally, deliveries
do not go as they should. When you encounter a shipment you believe to be unreasonably
late, we encourage you to check with your local post office to see if they can provide you
with an update on your delivery.
We only ship to the addresses on file with eBay and/or your payment processor. Must be
within the United States of America.
