Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations or returns are only accepted if the item has an obvious defect not described in the product description. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping and return costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable.
For U.S.Customers
For U.S. Customers: Import duties are already included in the item price and shipping costs. You do not need to pay additional duties. Shop with confidence.
For Customers outside the U.S.: Import duties and sales tax are not included in the item price and shipping costs. Please note, however, that U.S. import duties are already reflected in the item price.
