New with tags. I cannot make out the characters on the material tag but this feels like polyester or nylon. This is a beautiful tea party style mini dress. Floral print. Velvet bow in the front. Zipper down the back. Puff short sleeves. Color of the dress is a cream or very pale yellow. Dress is lined.
