This is an enchanting old antique brooch.  It is made out of 14k solid gold.  There is a gorgeous natural amethyst in the center.  Framing the amethyst is a halo of creamy white seed pearls and intricate gold filigree.  The brooch measures a bit over 3/4" tall and a little over 1 5/8" across.  The amethyst measures approximately 17mm tall and 22mm across.  It weighs a total of 9.38 grams.  It is in excellent condition for its age.  There are no chips or scratches on the amethyst.  The brooch looks stunning when worn.  Thank you for looking!
