Fountek FR58EX 2" Neodymium Full Range Driver Speaker Loudspeaker Unit 8 Ohm

Welcome to my auction for a Fountek FR58EX full range 2" drive unit.

The Fountek FR58EX is a compact 53mm full range drive unit featuring an aluminium cone and high flux neodymium magnet. This small drive unit has an excellent impulse response and a surprising total linear excursion of just under 6mm. The frequency response is smooth with low distortion.

Only briefly used for test purposes - less than one day's use. I did change the position of the foam gasket from the front of the drive unit to the back, because in my opinion it was in the wrong place to give a proper seal.
