Wind spinner featuring the 3 kings from the nativity scene. This item is metal which has been powder coated to protect the metal. Occasionally, the powder coating misses a small spot which can rust. These are as received from the manufacturer.  They have an attached swivel which allows the wind to spin it.  This spinner should be brought inside for storms which might damage the coating.
