Very soft small sitting brown bear. Approximately 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Tag says CE  G. Wurm KG, 51107 Koln (Cologne, Germany.)  I do not see or feel any plastic pellets in his feet or bottom. Ribbon is only tied around his/her neck, not attached. For safety I still would stick with giving it to someone 3 or older.
