First aid emergencies where eye wound would benefit from irrigation, rather than being washed from running tap water. Workplaces where there is a high risk of eye injury e.g. where chemicals & machinery are used. High risk workplaces ideally need bottles rather than pods to ensure a continuous flow of water.
