Chatanika Days Alaska wood collectors pin
fun events every spring held in small "town" 28 miles north of Fairbanks Alaska! It used to be a busy mining town - it's a great little drive to go to the lodge and have a lunch, do some hiking in the area - there's the gold dredge #3 which is a quick hike across the highway. Or head up the road a bit and check out the beautiful views - great hiking areas!
Each pin is hand made - the numbers on the back on some are for the drawings they would hold for prizes
A couple of the fun games they've done during the Chatanika days are human bowling - it's snowy, so they would push a person on a small round sled ( a saucer) into a line of pins. And snow machine tug of war. Also the famous Out House Race!
We have a few more Chatanika Days pins available. Click here

**Customers Buying Multiple items**
If
you purchase more then 1 item please DO NOT pay for each
separately - Please put all the items you want to
buy in the cart, then use the "ask the seller for a total" option, so we
can send you a new invoice with the postage set correctly for multiple
items, it may save you $$ in shipping costs - I am told that option is hard to find on the phone app - no worries, we do refund shipping overages.

SHIPPING NOTES:
We offer 1 day handling, meaning we mail items within 24 hours of purchase
(except on weekends and non mailing holidays of course) , but seeing
how we are in North Pole Alaska, items may take 3-5 days longer to
arrive at the destination than what eBay's notice quotes. They no longer
process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1 day to get from North
Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing
center, then 1 day to get sorted. So there's a lag time of about 3 days in
there that eBay does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in
Alaska. So please keep that in mind when buying from us to add those
extra travel days to the expected arrival time that eBay sends you.
Thank You!
**Sales Tax**
eBay does collect sales tax for towns & states that have a sales tax -
we personally do not see any of that money, it is handled by eBay.
**International Buyers** – We ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program
**Special note on arrival times
International
mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a month to arrive, (item can be
held up in customs or at anywhere along the line) this is just how the
postal system works, we mail things out the same day / next day after the item is
paid for and hopefully that helps in getting the item to you as fast as
the postal system can get it there.
***Please Note:
The
photos are taken on a measuring mat or next to a ruler for sizing.
Measurements are in 1 inch increments - if you have a question about the
measurements, please ask...
