We issue positive feedback to buyers once they let us know that they have successfully received their item and are happy with by leaving us their feedback.
Buyer Satisfaction
We always strive to post accurate descriptions. Unfortunately errors can occasionally happen. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase please contact us before leaving your feedback so that any issues can be quickly resolved.
Multiple Purchases
We will combine postage on most purchased items whenever possible. When making multiple purchases first add the items to your basket. Click on " Request total from the seller" then wait for a payment invoice so that postage can be combined.. Please wait for the invoice so it can be adjusted. Note that this does not work using the eBay app.
Postage
Postage rates are visible prior to purchasing.
If you feel any postage is expensive note that postage for domestic shipping Includes packing, and materials along with tracked 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail (most often). Other options are available.
We take extreme care with our packaging with your items being properly packed in good (usually new) boxes we do occasionally recycle packaging, mainly boxes which help to keep costs down. Viewing my feedback will confirm this.
Purchased items are more often than not posted the same or the following working day. Pease do not buy or bid on an item if you are unhappy about the cost of Postage and Packaging as this is non negotiable. Please do not leave a low postage rating after making your purchase!
International Buyers
International buyers are welcome. Items are dispatched via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Any import duty, VAT, shipping costs, taxes or other charges are not included in any postage price. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
If you receive an item that has been damaged by the delivery service, to enable a claim we will require pictures of the packaging and the item before the delivery service will accept responsibility. Any returned items must be securely packaged and returned in the same packaging and condition they were received in. and paid for by yourself using a tracked service. A full refund will only be given once the security markings are verified and there is no damage or signs of use to the item in which case a refund will be refused and the item sent back to you at your cost.
Payment accepted only using eBay payments. When purchasing multiple items first add them to your basket and wait (or click the link) for an updated invoice for postage details.
