This is a remarkable and rare Italian 19th century Grand Tour bronze sculpture of the Greek God Narcissus.

Youth depicted as he admires his reflection in a pool. He stands curling his hair gathered with vine leaves, whilst a goat skin hangs over his shoulder.  His legs slightly astride, his sandeled feet on a circular plinth base,rims with stiff leaf decoration.

There has been some damage and repairs to his left leg ans missing pointer finger. (As seen in Photos)

His height is 11."  Narcissus is shown is his natural "glory."
