I bought these new when they came out. I've always worn size 12ish and growing up in the 80's and playing keeper, my shoes were heavy and leather. When we moved to a new city, I joined a men's league, told everyone I was a striker and bought these speed demons. The carbon fiber outsole is prone to breaking. This was my third pair, all replaced by the place I got them. When this pair broke, they let me keep them and gave me a leather pair of Diadora. These are showing a little age but still have life. The crack is in the place they all cracked (see the picture) so if you use it and get hurt, I assume no responsibility. That said, they cracked 10 years ago and I've probably played 20 games on them broken.
The reason I'm moving on is A) space and B) width. We've downsized our house and are trying to downsize our stuff and my age and doctor agrees that I need to wear wide shoes and these aren't it. I've got some comfy leather NB in wide these days, I'm back in net and not running by anyone.
