The 40 cm type body is made of high-strength stainless steel, and the arm outlet uses a collet chuck method that eliminates backlash. Moreover, the dynamic balance type is adopted as the stylus pressure application. The FR-66S uses the elevation base B-60 for the arm base. The B- 60 uses a multi-threaded screw for the helicoid, and has a structure that drives this with a gear.
