This is a Vintage Stunning Lilliput Lane - COLLECTORS CLUB The Spinney 1993 SIGNED ON BASE BY ANNETTE WILKINSON DEED, COA & BOX.

The model looks to be in Very good condition for its age and there are no chips or cracks.

Comes with its' 'Deeds' Certificate and COA. It is in its' original box which whilst complete, has some wear'. The box may have have some dents, scratches, dogearing, age related discolouration etc. The original packaging is present. It will be carefully packed with an outer box for sending.
