This is the burner that should be used in almost every gas conversion job around in its BTU range. It is virtually maintenance free, SUPER RELIABLE, and it is a NAME BRAND item!

Installation is available in some Eastern states.

This burner requires much set-up work which you will need to do.

(We are not like the OTHER GUYS! We will be with you for technical support post-sale as needed to complete your installation! You will be issued a cell phone number to our technical support team upon receipt of your unit)

This unit requires precision drilling and reaming of the orifice for the proper BTUs desired.

This is REQUIRED before installing this unit.

You must give us the equipment information and BTU information from YOUR current unit for warranty purposes and for proper technical support.

***TECHNICAL INSTALLATION SUPPORT IS INCLUDED BUT IS LIMITED TO THE IMMEDIATE AREA NEAR THE BURNER UNIT ITSELF---NOT THE PLUMBING FROM THE SUPPLY TO THE UNIT.

***ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS ALSO INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF THIS UNIT BUT IS LIMITED TO WIRING TO THE BURNER ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER ANY WIRING PREVIOUSLY NOT INSTALLED TO CODE OR INSTALLED IN AN IMPROPER MANNER.

This burner also requires COMBUSTION TEST EQUIPMENT when INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE to be able to measure the exhaust gases and determine if the combustion is safe & correct.

Adjustments can be made depending on the Test Equipment readings and should be done by a licensed GAS technician.

NOTE:

This unit should be installed by an experienced gas installer/service technician BUT if you are mechanically inclined and know gas plumbing and some electrical, you can do most of the installation yourself and save big $$$$.

You WILL however need a technician when done to check your work for possible gas leaks with a pressure tester.

You will also need him to possibly fine-tune your combustion adjustments for proper burn and to adjust it for minimum noxious fumes and pollutants.

*Some localities may require a chimney liner be installed when using gas fired equipment. Please check your local codes.

*Most localities also require a pressure test (by a licensed gas plumber) of the gas plumbing whenever a change/addition is made to the new or existing gas plumbing.
