We offer for sale this lovely antique Victorian hand painted miniature portrait painted on porcelain. Portrait depicts two darling young children, a boy and a girl, dressed in quaint 19th century attire. 

The painting is detailed, well done and in excellent vintage condition.   A young boy and girl stand together. The girl is whimsically shown holding an upside down spoon over her mouth. 

It appears to be a unique artisan painted piece and it is not a stock plaque piece. 

We are selling the plaque  is unmounted. But we include as free gift, with purchase,  the vintage brooch mount it was found with.

The vintage brooch mount has tabs to hold a plaque and a rhinestone surround. If you choose to use the mount,  you may want to add felt behind it, so it fits more securely in mount. 

The plaque is shown both with and without mounting.  

Painting measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter. 

Condition: Good vintage condition. There is a very tiny scratch on the portrait. The back of plaque has a small chip that does not show from front. See photos for full description and condition.

Photos are taken under bright light and magnification.  

In this listing you are purchasing the miniature portrait /cameo plaque.  The mount is offered a gift with purchase.

Plaque could be mounted in another brooch or pendant mount if desired, or it could be mounted and framed in a free standing frame or a frame for hanging.
