All items are shipped insured.  Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported within 3 days . You MUST keep ALL packaging materials (boxes, etc.) and items EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection.

All units include a 1-year warranty. If your item(s) are defective please send the message to us within 30 days for return to get refund or replacement. 

 

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone.No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send the message to us for instructions on how to return the package for refund or replacement.

Returns must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with shipping tracking number. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. When you return the package,please inform us the tracking NO. at once. After seller confirmed the package, the buyer can get full refund or have a replacement.
