Instructions

1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste, if desired. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. 2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute. 3. Remove from heat. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
