High temperature chamber furnace adopts 500kg/m3 density polycrystalline mullite fiber hearth with low thermal conductivity and high strength, which has excellent heat preservation and energy saving effect. The inner furnace chamber surface is coated with high temperature alumina coating imported from the United States, which effectively improves the reflectivity and the heating efficiency of the equipment. The top of the furnace is a reinforced composite structure, which does not collapse the top for long-term use. Product Features
1. The furnace body is a one-piece structure with a double-layer furnace shell, which can realize air circulation and heat insulation; the surface of high-quality carbon steel is used for rust removal and electrostatic spraying.
2. The furnace is made of light and high-purity alumina, sintered at high temperature without volatile matter.
3. The heating elements adopt high-quality molybdenum-containing resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods and other heating elements. The rods are reasonably distributed according to the size of the furnace and the furnace temperature is uniform.
4. When the instrument program setting is completed, just press the run button, the next heating and cooling work will be completed automatically, without manual waiting.
5. The machine will send out an alarm signal for over-temperature conditions during work, and automatically complete the protection action.
6. There are power indicator lights and heating indicator lights on the control panel, which can check the working status of the equipment at any time.
7. A circuit breaker is installed on the side panel of the equipment. When there is a short circuit or leakage, the circuit breaker will automatically protect it, which will neither cause safety hazards to the human body nor cause damage to the equipment.
