Please note VAT invoices can not be supplied on used items as this falls under the second hand margin scheme.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of receipt.
Subject to the following conditions:
* A Return is opened via eBay.
* Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
* Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
* All returns are to be accompanied by the sender's name and address, returns number and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are not delivered to us.
Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the parts we sell are 100% reliable and functional, it remains a fact that they have already been used and are therefore classed as “second hand” and are not new, (unless stated new on listing).
The used parts we sell will almost certainly show some signs of previous use, no matter how small, and this wear is not always immediately apparent. Therefore, it must be stated that should you decide to keep and actively make use of any bike part we have sold, you do so entirely at your own risk.
No warranty out side the returns window on ebay will be excepted. We accept no liability whatsoever and advise all parts must be fitted by a trained mechanic and fully serviced before use, to prevent injury.
