I am the original owner and had the card flashed by MacvidCards so that it shows the boot screen on Mac Pros. If you hold down the Option key on your keyboard when powering up the Mac Pro you will get a display of all bootable drives. See the image above.

I used this card on both a 2009 and 2010 Mac Pro.  It comes with the two required auxiliary power cables, a 6-pin and an 8-pin.  These must be plugged into the Mac Pro's mother board.

I used this card solely for processing images in Lightroom where it performs with excellent speed.  I never gamed or processed video so the card has had an easy life and is in excellent working condition.  It comes with the original box and instructions.  See the images for various speed tests.

This card is not Metal capable so the last version of the Mac OS it will work with is High Sierra, OS 10.13.6.  It works with earlier versions also - I used it with OS X Yosemite (10.10) through High Sierra (10.13).

I recommend downloading the related Nvidia web drivers from Nvidia's web site.

The card includes one DVI-D, one DVI-I, one HDMI and a full size Display Port socket.
