Returns Policy

For reasons of hygiene I am unable to accept returns on items of an intimate nature such as knickers, thongs, bodies, teddies, hosiery or mens underwear

I check all my items thoroughly before posting, however if an item is in a sealed package and on opening you find it is faulty please contact me within one week of receipt for a replacement.

I am afraid I cannot offer a free returns service.  Accepting returns is at my discretion as items are marked as No Returns Accepted.  If you do wish to return an item please contact me as soon as possible.  If I do accept your return for any reason that is caused by the buyer and not myself then my postage costs to the buyer will be deducted, and the buyer pays to return the item.  Please therefore check the size charts on the listing and contact me with any queries before purchase. 

Returned items must be packaged with care and returned unused, in the same condition they were received, and with labels intact.  Please include your packing slip in with the item.

Postage

I aim to post items the next working day if ordered before 8 pm.

Please allow 7-10 working days before contacting me if an item hasn't been received.  Although the aim is to get your item to you as soon as possible, adverse weather conditions or problems with the mailing service are beyond my control.

International Orders

International Orders are sent via the Global Shipping Programme, or by Royal Mail International Tracked.  If you wish to have your item sent by International Tracked postage and it doesn't come up as an option please contact me before purchase.  Postage costs to the United States will now include an amount to cover tariff charges and handling fees.  If when purchasing postage I find I have overcharged you for these costs I will refund you the difference.
