All ingredients are listed in Japanese. Allergens other than those listed above may be present. Please contact the seller if you have a particular concern.
While every effort is made to protect this item, the seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any melting or breakage of the individual sticks that occurs during shipping. The boxes leave the seller whole and unmelted, and the boxes are sealed (have never been opened for food safety, so cannot add additional internal packing material). The boxes are then placed in a sturdy cardboard box for shipping. Rough handling by the shipping companies (Japan Post then domestic post company), being left in the sun or a hot mailbox/delivery truck are out of the control of the seller.
In the case of damage, the buyer is responsible to take photos of the damage, including the outside packaging and the waybill label. The buyer must also bring all the contents and the outside packaging to their local USPS and file the damaged items claim (form PS3831) prior to being able to request any sort of refund or replacement.
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place below 28°C/ 82°F.
As this is a consumable product, returns are generally not accepted. In the case of severe damage during shipping, please contact the seller with multiple photos of the damage in order to make an insured mail claim. You will also need to make a claim with the local postal company that delivered your package, as this cannot be done from abroad.
Discounts for multiple orders from our shop (when items are located in the same country) and will combine shipping whenever possible. Please note (see below for additional information), bulky items or a combination of edible and non-food items might not allow for shipping discounts due to the rules of each shipping company.

Buyer is responsible for any applicable charges for purchasing items internationally. The item will be labeled correctly on the customs form (not as gift), and a reasonable value will be put on the form as well.
Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container.
All pieces leave the seller whole. Any pieces that are broken during shipping are not the responsibility of the seller.
**Spring 2023 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE**
WHENEVER POSSIBLE, shipper will used tracked airmail for packages. Certain companies refuse to ship airmail to certain destinations (see link below), and surface shipping is the only option.
Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.
Food/drink items and Large Volume/Low Weight items:
Japan Post is the only method that accepts any food or beverage items for international shipping. Their costs are higher due to the privatization of the company, and are based on the weight of the item.
In most cases with airmail shipping, packages arrive into Customs approximately 5-15 days after acceptance at the Japan Post office, and to their final destination approximately 2-7 business days after being released from Customs. Delays on either side of customs could change this time, and is not the responsibility of the seller. Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.
Currently Japan Post refuses air or surface parcel mail to certain destinations (please check these restrictions at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html). Please be aware that this could increase shipping time dramatically, and the seller is not responsible for these restrictions nor delays in the arrival of any package.
