[San Francisco]: [The Church of Satan], [1968]. Original Church of Satan decal bumper sticker, 15 x 4". Near Fine with three small pinholes at top left corner. "May 22 REC'D" stamped twice on verso with handwritten date of 1968 below.
A truly scarce piece of early Church of Satan promotional ephemera declaring "Regie Satanas," Latin for "Reign Satan." Reputedly after LaVey had these printed he didn't like them, so they were never distributed. From the collection of Randall Alfred, a former Church member who began his association with the church being a journalist and scholar covering new religious movements.
