Please look closely at all photos. Zoom in. The hardback binder is personalized. Also on spine is a label that could possibly be removed? Look closely at corners. Front cover has an arch that I believe can be straightened with something inside and some weight on top. I did not try to clean this. But I believe it will clean up nice with some care.
