We only send the item to the address provided by paypal/ebay.
1) Item must be in its original condition showing no signs of wear, damage, or alternation.
2) If unfortunately your items are damaged in transit they are still fully refundable.
3) If you purchased a item and it is customized ( including sizing, engraving and gold or diamond upgrading), a $30 micro mounting fee will be deducted from your refund.
We accept Custom-Design, Tailor-made for your gemstones. We can make the items and will charge some fee according to your specifications. Please kindly tell us your demand before payment when you decide to make a custom jewelry. Any Custom Orders will take place through an eBay listing. We will list the item on eBay for you to purchase (as a custom listing).
1)Send us the design (pictures or sample) which you are interested with your specifications, such as the metal purity, the shape and the measurement (in millimeter) of your stone, ring size and so on.
2) Our designers will finish the CAD graphic for you within 2 business days and we will send the CAD to let you confirm before we make the real item. After getting your confirmation, our professional jewellers will finish the custom jewelry for you within 7 business days.
Unfortunately, if you are unwilling to continue the project after we send you the CAD graphic, you have to pay $30 as the new mold fee
